Yoyo Braids and Salon (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to providing excellent service to our customers. This Refund Policy explains our policy regarding refunds for services booked and products purchased through our salon and website.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Services:
    • Cancelled Appointments: If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, Your deposit can be credited toward your next service appointment once.
    • No-shows or Late Cancellations: Failure to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee. Refunds for no-shows or late cancellations are at the discretion of Yoyo Braids and Salon. We have a strict no refund, replace or exchange for ours service.
    • Service Disputes: If you are dissatisfied with a service provided, please notify us immediately or in 24 hours. We offer complimentary fixes within 3 day of management approval.
  • Products:
    • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product purchased through our website, please contact us within seven days of receipt. We may request evidence of the damage or defect before processing a refund or replacement.
    • Incorrect Products: If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us promptly to arrange for a return and exchange.
